As I mentioned in my last article I practice the Ketogenic Diet, but more importantly so I am very much interested in the intricacies of the human diet and its evolution.

However recently there has been a trend in the way of eating that is bridging the brain and gut connection.

And this is the carnivore diet.

While the Low Carb, High Fat Diet is slowly progressing and changing the way we look at its effects on the human brain.

You can also visit Peak Human, this is a great place to start researching on the carnivore diet.

A good amount of anecdotal evidences from people who practiced it suggests that this form of diet improved a number of factors in their physical, mental and emotional well being.

I think I will try this diet and see how it will affect me and my health.
